Proud Veteran of the U.S. Army WW II. He was the beloved husband of the late Adrienne. Devoted father of Mary (Stephen) Hoffman and Thomas (Sally) Daly. Loving Grandfather of Michael, Matthew, Aiden, Ailis and Kieran.

Obituary - Daniel J. Glenn

Glenn, Daniel J. age 66 of Nissequogue, NY passed away suddenly on January 22, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Bonnie Glenn. Much loved father of 5 children, Danielle (Jarle), Jeanette (Edward), Thomas (Merissa), Christa (Nicholas) and Brian.

Dan had two grandchildren, Shane and Kate and was expecting his third in March. He graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 1967. After teaching at Long Beach HS, and teaching/coaching at Seaford HS, he became a business entrepreneur after starting East Coast Graphics,

a printing/advertising firm in Hauppauge.

Funeral Mass was held at Sts. Philip & James R C Church, St. James, NY. Interment followed at St. James Episcopal Cemetery.

Obituary - Anthony J. Betz

Anthony J. Betz, age 79, of Smithtown, died on January 11, 2012. He is survived by his beloved wife Josephine, children Joseph (Jennifer), Patricia (John), Edward (Valerie), Michael and cherished grandchildren Alex and Catherine, Jack and Lauren, Victoria and Heather and Gianna. He was a retired hydraulics aerospace engineer and worked for Grumman Aircraft Corp. and Fairchild Republic Corp. He was proud of the fact that he helped put a man on the moon with a slide ruler. He was also an honored veteran, serving his country during the Korean War. He leaves behind a step-sister Kay, half-sisters Carol, Eleanor, Ann Linda, Lorraine, Ruth, Margaret, Susan and half-brother Daniel.  Visitation was held on January 12th at Fives Smithtown Funeral Home.  A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Sts. Philip and James R.C. Church in St. James on January 13th.  Burial followed at Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton with Military Honors. www.fivesfuneralhome.com
