Mazella, Susan age 47 of Smithtown, NY died on September 21, 2011. She was the beloved daughter of the late Anthony & Marie Mazella. Loving sister of Catherine Mazella, James (Madeleine) Mazella, Robert (Patricia) Mazella. Cherished niece of Carol Waxon.
