Kelly, George T. age 85 long time resident of St. James, New York died peacefully at home on May 3, 2011. George was a Proud “WW II U. S. Army veteran who served in the European Theatre”.  At the end of WW II, those troops when discharged were advised to keep information classified and to tell no one. And until 1996 when the event was declassified no one revealed what had happened.  These amazing Americans kept the secret for 50 years. To pay Tribute to all World War II Veterans please visit;
