Petrarca, Richard W., Age 78, of Smithtown, NY, passed peacefully on November 17, 2012. Beloved Husband of Carol. Loving Father of Richard W. (Rhonda) Petrarca Jr., Gwen (Glen) Johnston, and Laurie (Joseph) Nash. Cherished Grandfather of Ryan, Ross, Kaeleigh, Rigel, Jennifer, Lauren and John. Richard will be missed by many family and friends.
Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Joseph R.C. Church, Kings Park NY. Cremation followed at Washington Memorial Park, Mount Sinai, NY.
