REKUS - Daniel E. age 68, passed on February 5th. Raised in Brooklyn, NY. Resided in Port St. Lucie, Florida for the past 10 years. He raised his family in East Northport, L.I. He is survived by loving wife Toni, 3 sons, Edward and Moira, Danny and Christina, Peter and Allison, six grandkids Jackson, Olivia, Peter, Patrick, Joseph and Ava. Dan’s career with Radio Shack positively impacted the lives of many people over his 27 years with the company, where he retired as a Regional Vice President. Dan will be missed by all. Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church Smithtown, NY. Interment to follow at Northport Rural Cemetery.
