DEIKER - Dorothy J. 87 of Smithtown, NY passed away on April 17, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph. Cherished mother of Peter (Michele), Glenn (Maria) and Brian (Cindy). Loving Grandmother of Mike, Andrea, Dana, Steven, Brian and Tina. Great Grandmother of Aiden, Truley, Landon, Charleigh and Andee. Dear sister of Richard (Elaine) Eastley. She is survived by her niece Linda Eastley and many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R. C. Church, Smithtown, NY. Obituary - Joseph J. Buccola

BUCCOLA - Joseph J.- born on December 5, 1922, he passed away on Monday April 13, 2015 at The Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice of Suffolk. He is survived by his wife Rosalie, and by his daughters and son in laws: Lynn and Jim, June and Charlie, and Jody. He is survived by his devoted grandchildren: Deanna and Brian, Joseph, Anthony, and Tyler. He is also survived by his two beautiful great grandsons Lorenzo and Mariano. He is a Veteran who served in World War II with the 187 Glider Infantry. He defined what a family man is. He did everything for his family. He loved his grandchildren more than anything and he absolutely adored his great grandsons. He always went above and beyond for his family. He was a hard worker, loving, and he had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed working in his barn, working outside and he was an animal lover. Heaven truly gained an angel. He will be missed and loved always. We know he will continue to watch over us. We would also like to thank The Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice for taking such wonderful care of him in his last days.

Mr. Buccola’s funeral arrangements were professionally supervised while the Buccola’s Families were lovingly cared for during their bereavement by Kenneth, Kerry and Ken Jr., the Maher Family of the St. James Funeral Home, in St. James.
