TANCRATI -Robert J. age 78 of Riverhead, NY died on March 17, 2014. They Shall Not Be Forgotten. Proud Veteran United States National Guard Korean War. Cherished uncle of Linda Pisciotta, Julianna Tancrati and Karen Casio.

Obituary - Phyllis Murn

MURN - Phyllis 79, of Smithtown, NY, entered eternal life on March 11, 2014, surrounded by her family and friends. Phyllis was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, friend and devout Catholic who practiced her beliefs and values throughout her life. Phyllis gave selflessly to others and didn’t differentiate between family, friend and stranger as she treated everyone equally and with compassion. Her door was always open to those in need.  There are no words to describe the impact she had on so many lives that she touched.  She was always able to see the good in people and brought out the best in everyone. Although Phyllis’ life was not an easy path, she always put others needs in front of her own. Phyllis is survived by Tom, the love of her life and husband of 58 years.  Beloved mother of  Donna (Richie) Magnussen, John (Lori), Kevin, Terry (Jimmy) Sirignano, George, Tommy (Leslie),  &  Joanne (Tom) LaCascia.  Cherished  grandmother of  Kimberly (Matt) Pena, Thomas, Christina, Jessica, Matthew, Michael, Johnny (Nicole), Marielle, Zachary, Isaiah, Kristin, Natalie, Tommy, Austin, Joseph, Christopher, Matthew, Victoria and her two great-grandchildren; Brooke and Briana.  Loving sister of Tilly (Sissy).   She is survived by many other family members and friends

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s RCC.  Interment followed at Pinelawn Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to American Mental Health Counselors Association www.amhca.org .

Obituary - Salvatore J. Marinello

MARINELLO, SR - Salvatore J., Age 71, of Smithtown, passed after a brief illness on March 8, 2014. Cherished husband to his baby doll and wife of 54 years, Lynne. Beloved father of Salvatore, Joseph and Anthony. Proud grandfather of Nicole, Anthony, Kimberly, Christina, Michael and Vincent. Adoring great-grandfather of Madilynne and Mckenna. Family always came first. Sal was a lineman and later line supervisor for LIPA. He was also the owner of The Village Deli in Stony Brook for many years. He will be greatly missed by many.

Funeral Service was celebrated at Branch Funeral Home. Interment was private.
