NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, State of New York will meet via Zoom on February 25, 2021 at 2:00 PM, time then in effect, to consider amending the Zoning Code and Map of the Town of Smithtown for Zoning Petition #2010-09 as petitioned by SSC Holdings, LLC, to change the zone of the WSI (Wholesale Service Industry) portion of the property to NB (Neighborhood Business) for property located on the north side of Jericho Tpke. (NYS 25) , 781’ west of Plymouth Blvd., Smithtown, Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, SCTM#: 99-1-8.

ALL that certain plot, piece and parcel of land situate lying and being at Smithtown, Town of Smithtown, County of Suffolk, State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the Northerly line of Jericho Turnpike and the Westerly side of Bridge Branch Road (not open or improved);

RUNNING THENCE, along the Northerly side of Jericho Turnpike, along the arc of a curve having a radius of 1895.50 feet, a length of 102.41 feet;

THENCE, continuing along the Northerly side of Jericho Turnpike, North 68 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 66.45 feet;

THENCE, North 05 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 520.81 feet; THENCE, South 33 degrees 37 minutes 08 seconds East, a distance of 217.43 feet;

THENCE, South 02 degrees 05 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of 394.35 feet to the Northerly side of Jericho Turnpike , the point or place of BEGINNING.
