SPADALIK - Jake R., age 16 of Fort Salonga, NY passed away on December 20, 2014. Cherished son of Suzanne and Rick. Loving brother of  Julia and Ricky. Dear Grandson of  Muriel,  Lorraine “Nana” and Gene “Papa”. He is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Joseph’s R.
