A number of these people who came out of the Psych Center that same night and early AM hours had chosen to loiter by their parked vehicles in the nearby neighborhood for some reason, and then were inconsiderate with their yelling and screaming in a quiet neighborhood as if it were the middle of the day - all of whom were wrongfully parking in the neighborhood over by GristMill Drive near Lawrence Rd. with the purpose/intent to proceed with illegal activities of at least trespassing, and possibly also any combination of drinking, graffitiing and buying/selling/doing drugs, as if they erroneously think that there is nothing wrong with all of this, as if it was somehow supposed to be considered OK or appropriate in some warped reality, when in fact it's not, regardless if they wish to foolishly choose to think otherwise, and irregardless if they may not care. These people who are just "hanging out", could at least park on the east side of Lawrence Road -North of Boxwood Drive - where they are allowed to park since there are no signs preventing them from doing so , so that it would at least not cause needless disruption in the adjacent neighborhood.
