Peshkur, Michael D.  age 39  of Holtsville, NY died on September 12, 2011.  He was the beloved husband of Karen.  Loving Father of the late Grace Catherine and Emma Gray.  Cherished son of Donald & Maureen Peshkur.  Adored brother of Richard, Thomas and Andrew.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at Holy Cross R C Church, Nesconset, NY.  Interment followed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Smile For Grace is a fund in honor of Michael’s daughter, Grace Peshkur. This fund is under the guidance of Debra (Dystrophic Epodermolysis Bullosa Association).  And was very close to Michael’s heart. He was an ardent advocate for a better quality of life for all the children who suffered from this deadly disease.  This fund will help provide some of this quality.
