DeSanto, Vanetta M., age 73 of Old Bethpage, New York died on September 1, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony. Cherished mother of Renee Whiting, Pat Frias, Rhea Hitter’ Russo, Bobbi Cocke, Debbie Frias and Vanetta LaRose.
Loving Grandmother of nine and Great Grandmother of five.
Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R C Church, Smithtown, NY. Interment followed at Calverton National Cemetery

It is now a year and she has passed on to a better place. Life was hard and unapreciated here on earth she has said so many times. How we all wished we coud have not been astranged, but close to carry her through the struggles she had. To all left behind, forgive, love and don't look behind.
