Lewis, Carolyn Jean age 67 of St. James, New York died on November 12, 2011. Cherished mother of Richard (Hope) and Karen. Loving Grandmother of Faith and Austin. Beloved daughter of Patricia and Edward. Dear sister of Robert and Deborah
Religious Service was celebrated at the Branch Funeral Home. Cremation was private.
