D’Agostino, Antoinette D.  age 78 of Smithtown, New York on August 14, 2011.  She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph.  Cherished mother of Dianna (Bernie) and Stephen (Bette). Loving Grandmother of Joseph, Nicholas and Matthew

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R C Church, Smithtown, NY

Interment followed at St. Patrick’s Cemetery
