Wik Jr., Thomas C. Age 23 of Nesconset, NY passed on September 29, 2012. Beloved Son of Joanne Piotrowski-Wik & Thomas (Kathryn) Wik. Loving Brother of Anna & Madalyn. Adored Grandson of Carol Wik & Joan Piotrowski. Thomas will be missed by many Family & Friends.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church, Smithtown, NY. Interment followed at Smithtown Cemetery
