Hoffman, Ethel, Age 97, of Hauppauge, NY, passed away on December 4, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Charles. Loving mother of Charles & Ellen, and Ronald & Valerie. Cherished grandmother of Ellen, Lori, Greg, Christina, StaciAnn, Ron Jr., Victoria, and Melissa. Dear  great-grandmother of Dylan, Taylor, Jack, Matteo, Christopher, Sara, Kayleigh, Marty, and William.

Funeral Service was celebrated St. Thomas of Canterbury Episcopal Church, Smithtown, NY. Interment followed at Smithtown Cemetery, Smithtown, NY.
