Kohlberg, Diane A. age 60 of Nesconset, NY died on March 13, 2012. She was the beloved wife of Thomas.
Cherished daughter of the late Mairanne and the late Raymond Nevit. Loving sister of Raymond.
Religious Service was celebrated at the Branch Funeral Home. Private Cremation followed.
