Sullivan Jr., James J. Age 75 of Smithtown, NY passed peacefully on March 28, 2012. Beloved Husband of Kathleen. Loving Father of James J. III (Suzanne), Kevin (Sandy), & Kerri (Michael) Mulka. Cherished Poppy of Megan, Tara, James, Kevin, Katelyn, Jack & Kaylie. Adored Brother of Agnes, Adelaide, Mary, the late Virginia & the late Nancy.
James will be missed by many nieces, nephews & friends.
