Schmidt, Paul age 74 of Hawley, PA. Formerly of Huntington Station, NY. On August 1, 2012. Retired Police Lieutenant LIRR. They Shall not be Forgotten. Proud Veteran of the U.S. Army
He was the beloved husband of Barbara. Loving father of Mary, Paul, James, Elizabeth and Steven. Cherished Grandfather of Douglas, Kaitlyn, Victoria, Michael, Jake,Thomas, Courtney and Joshua. Dear brother of Jane. He is survived by many other family members and friends.
Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R C Church, Smithtown, NY. Interment followed at Calverton National Cemetery.
