Obituary - Valentyna Paszkiewicz

Valentyna Paszkiewicz, 88, died January 15, 2013 in the comfort of her home. She was born on February 1, 1924 to Ivan and Kunigunde Pawluk. Valentyna resided in Smithtown, New York since 1959 and was a loving and devoted mother to her only son and seven daughters. Valentyna was married to her loving husband, Felix Paszkiewicz (1912-1984). She is survived by their children, Paul, Elizabeth,Theresa, Mary, Janet, Irene, Linda and Donna, thirteen grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Valentyna was beloved by her son-in-laws Richard, Andre, Terrance,Barry and Joseph. Valentyna loved music and lived her life like a song. Her song will forever live in hearts of all the people she loved. Services will be held at Fives Funeral Home in Smithtown, New York on Thursday January 17 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A funeral mass in Valentyna’s honor will take place at St. Joseph’s Church in Lake Ronkonkoma, New York on Friday January 18 at 10am
