TRINCHETTO, JoAnn age 63 of Smithtown, NY died on April 22, 2013. Cherished mother of Christine (Richard) Dileonardo, Rob (Kim), Elissa (Nick) Gargone. Loving Grandmother of Christopher, Carly, Jake, Luke, Cami, Gavin, Cole, Mia, Nicholas and Grace. Devoted sister of Phil Fazzino, Rosemary McCullough, Joseph Fazzino and John Fazzino

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church, Smithtown, NY. Cremation followed at Washington Memorial Park.
