O’FLAHERTY—Dennis L., Age 62, of Nesconset, NY, formerly of Hauppauge, NY, passed on May 19, 2013. Beloved husband of Ann. Loving father of Erin and Sean. Cherished brother of Michael, Brian, Christine, Margaret, Annmarie, Joanne, Jean and the late Mary.

Interment was private.
