COOK, Sean T. Age 18 of Smithtown, NY passed after a 2 1/2 year battle with Germ Cell Cancer on August 23, 2013. Proud Volunteer of the Smithtown Fire Department. Beloved Son Laura & the Late Michael. Loving Brother of Kevin, Danny & Craig. Adored Grandson of Bruce Fenton. He is survived by many other family members and friends.
Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church, Smithtown. Interment followed at St. Charles Cemetery
