ONUFRAK—Anna C., Age 90, of Smithtown, NY, passed on August 8, 2013. Beloved wife of the late George. Devoted mother of Carol Krompier and George Onufrak. Loving grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 2. Dear sister of Mary Scheiner.

Funeral Service was celebrated at Branch Funeral Home in Smithtown. Interment followed at Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton.
