HERZOG - Carol Lynn, Age 66, of Smithtown, NY on February 18, 2014. Beloved wife of Ross. Loving mother of David and wife Vanessa, and Brian. Cherished grandmother of Alexandra Keira and Makenzie Isabella.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s RC Church in Smithtown. Interment followed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the professional care of The Branch Funeral Home Smithtown and Vigliante family. Online guest book at www.branchfh.com
