ABRAMS - Robert S., age 87, of Bay Shore, NY, passed March 15, 2014. They Shall Not Be Forgotten. Proud World War II Veteran. United States Navy. Cherished companion of Therese Blanchard for 22 years. Beloved father of Marianne (Scott) Van Duyne, Ronald (Isa) Abrams, Cathy (Terrance) Demeroto and the late Gary Abrams. Loving grandfather of Scott, Ryan, T.J. and Caitria. Adored brother of Edith Hunter. Dear former husband of the late Betty Abrams.
Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church in Smithtown. Interment followed at Washington Memorial Park.
