Retired 21 year NYPD Detective. Retired Vice President Citibank Fraud Investigation Unit. Survived by his devoted wife, Barbara, his beloved children David, Charles, Kevin, Dennis & Maryellen Adams, his 26 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving

Mr. Downes ’s funeral arrangements were professionally supervised while the Downes Families were lovingly cared for during their bereavement by Kenneth, Kerry and Ken Jr., the Maher Family of the St. James Funeral Home, in St. James.
