ALVINO, John J. -age 91 of St. James, L.I. on May 4, 2014. Cherished husband of Antonia of 67years. Loving Father of John E.(Kathy) & Joanne (Michael) Parrella. Loving Grandpa of John Ryan, Kayla, Anthony, Elaine, Laura & Christopher & Great Grandfather of Giavanna. Friends may call the St. James Funeral Home, 829 Middle Country Road, St. James (Route 25) on  Wednesday 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Funeral Mass Thursday at 10am at Sts. Philips and James Church. Interment following Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton,N.Y.

Mr. Alvino ’s funeral arrangements were professionally supervised while the Alvino Families were lovingly cared for during their bereavement by Kenneth, Kerry and Ken Jr., the Maher Family of the St. James Funeral Home, in St. James.
