NELSON, Emma Leigh age 7 of Smithtown, NY on August 11, 2014. She was the beloved daughter of Heath & Katherine. Cherished sister of Abigail & Jacob.Loving Granddaughter of Francine & Kenneth Ditata and Walter Henao and the late Gloria. She is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C.
