SEYMOUR, Jay R. age 68 of Ronkonkoma, NY passed peacefully on October 30. 2015. They Shall Not Be Forgotten. Proud Veteran of the United States Army, Vietnam War. He was the beloved husband Kathleen. Cherished father of Jennifer (Cordell) Kennedy, Jessica (Andrew) Carbonara. Devoted Grandfather  Samantha, C.J.  Caroline, Andrew and Layla. Loving brother of Janet Siri, Jeanne Honoka, Christopher Seymour and the late John Russell Seymour. He is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at First Presbyterian Church , Smithtown, NY. Interment followed at Calverton National Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the professional care of Branch Funeral Home of Smithtown and Vigliante family. Online guest book at www.branchfh.com
