BLUMENTHAL - Lucille, age 89 of Smithtown, NY passed away on January 28, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph. Cherished mother of Ronald (Diane) and Gary. Loving Grandmother of Stacey, Joseph, Michael, Stephen and Melissa. Dear Great Grandmother of Ava, Tyler and Logan. Religious Service was celebrated at the Funeral Home.
