SCACCIANOCE, Grace Mary age 77 of Smithtown, NY passed away on August 13. 2015. Cherished mother of Bill (Kelly) Scaccianoce, Greg (Linda) Scaccianoce and Lucy (Bill) Stewart. Loving Grandmother of eight. Grace was also a member of the St. Patrick’s Choir. She is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C.
