COSGRAVE—Patricia S., age 86, of Greenlawn passed on December 1, 2015. Beloved mother of Linda (Carl) Saunders, Stephen (Catherine), Judith Macari, Matthew (Malanie), Daniel (Nancy) and Christine (Robert) Loew. Adored grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 17. Funeral Service was celebrated at Branch Funeral Home in Smithtown. Cremation was private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Hearing Charities of America. Arrangements entrusted to the professional care of The Branch Funeral Home Smithtown and Vigliante family. Online guest book at www.branchfh.com
