Rezende, III, Alfredo of Lake Ronkonkoma, NY passed away on October 2, 2016 at the age of 35.He was the dear father of Alfredo IV. Beloved son of Pam and the late Alfredo II. Loving Grandson of Emilia and the late Alfredo. Cherished nephew of Joe (Joan), and Victor (Maria). He is survived by many cousins and other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church , Smithtown, NY. Private cremation followed.
