Petrocelli, Sam J., of Smithtown, NY passed away peacefully on October 24, 2016 at the age of 87. They Shall Not Be Forgotten. Proud Veteran United States Air Force. He was the beloved husband of Barbara. Cherished father of Debbie Mincey, Angela (frank) Vicari and Lynn (George) Tomacheski. Loving Grandfather of James, Michelle and Natalie. Adored Great Grandfather of Scott Brunquell Jr. He is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C.
