L’HOMMEDIEU - Marcial Butler, of St. James, NY on December 7, 2016. Past Commander in the Smithtown Bay Power Squadron and proud WWII Army Veteran. Retired Comptroller of LKB Engineering in Syosset. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Lempfert L’Hommedieu. Loving father of Mary Lissa L’Hommedieu, Marcial Lempfert L’Hommedieu & Jane Hilda L’Hommedieu. Cherished grandfather of five. Dear brother of Charles Henry L’Hommedieu & the late Beatrice Holst. Also survived by many loving nieces & nephews. Funeral service Saturday 10:30am at St. James Episcopal Church.Interment followed at Oak Hill Cemetery with Military Honors.
