Pagnotta, Phyllis T., of Smithtown, NY on March 18, 2016 at the age of 94. She was the beloved wife of the late Carmine. Cherished mother of Cathy (Carl) Imperato, Rosanne (Marc) Vorrasi, Tommy Pagnotta. Loving Grandmother of  Jeneane (Richie), Carlene and Kristen and Great Grandmother of Richie, Alexa and Gianna. She is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R. C.
