Carroll, Dennis J., age 74 of Smithtown, NY on April 3, 2017. They Shall Not Be Forgotten. Proud Veteran United States Army Vietnam. He was the beloved husband of Annie. Cherished Father of Christine Cook (Brian) and Dennis J. Carroll, Jr. (Tracy). Adored  Grandfather of Deanna, Keara, Fiona, Graham and Clarissa. Dear Brother of Noreen Wohlgemuth and Kathleen Ilacqua. He is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Joseph’s R.C.
