D’Amico, Michael of Smithtown, NY on August 2, 2017 at the age of 77. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Ann. Cherished father of Michael (Maureen) D’Amico and Claudine (Michael) Chaump. Loving Grandfather of Shane, Eric (Justine), Ryan, Christie and great grandfather of Penelope. He is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C.
