PERRONCINO-Patricia M., longtime resident of Smithtown, NY, passed peacefully on April 13, 2018.Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Doreen (Kurt) Reith, Debbie (and the late Paul) Cassano, Stephen and the late Joseph Jr. Cherished nanny of Tyler, Jacqueline, Kyle and Anthony.She is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St Patrick’s R.C.
