TOS Holding Public Hearing On Planned Residential Developments Nov. 5

The Town Of Smithtown is holding a public hearing on November 5th at 2pm. The hearing will be held at Smithtown Town Hall and is focused on zoning law. The proposed changes will increase Planned Residential Development (PRD) classifications by 5x current classification. The changes will also strip the defining characteristics associated with PRD’s. click link
