Garrambone, Lisa Ann age 40 of Smithtown, NY died on October 1, 2011.  She was the beloved wife of Dominic Garrambone. Cherished daughter of Anthony & Joan Germano. Loving sister of Jennifer Germano.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R C Church

Interment followed at Calvary Cemetery
