Monteforte, Jr., Michael age 71 of Lake Grove, New York died on October 5, 2011. They Shall Not Be Forgotten. Proud Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was the beloved husband of Karen. Devoted father of Adam (Jessica) and Stacy (Charlie). Loving Grandfather of Jack, Bryce, Presley and Layla.
Memorial Service was celebrated at The Branch Funeral Home.
