Obituary - Richard R. Mattera

MATTERA, Richard R. age 74 passed away on November 10, 2017 surrounded by his loving family after a long and courageous battle with MS and Lymphoma. Born to Mario and Mary Mattera (previously deceased) on December 4, 1942 in New York City.  He is a retired member of UA Plumbers Local Union #200. Survived by his loving wife Judy of 55 years, his children Mary (Richard) & Mario (Teresa). Loving POPPY to Jessica, Cole and Jayme. Brother to Louis Maters. Mr. Mattera’s funeral arrangements were professionally supervised while the Mattera Family was lovingly cared for during their bereavement by Kenneth, Kerry, Brian Elster, Danielle Marino, Marty Herman and the rest of the Maher Family & Staff of the St. James Funeral Home.
